    Why ask then?

    knowledge is power :D

As said in the thread, someone said 5 applications a week had to be done, which I thought was excessive, so I wanted to know what the rules were.

Is that OK now, you happy ;)

    It really is
  • It varys from each individual. Mine was 9 a week. My agreement stated I was to phone 3 companys a week, to post my CV to 3 employers a week and to apply online or email to 3 applications a week.

But I think it depends on what sort of jobs you have said you will apply for, as they may be applied for in a more specific way than others.

Maybe not if you have 10 degrees, a car, 2 year experience in every possible type of job then no it wouldn't be.

Take a read of what a job paying min wage expects, read one the other day that wanted you to have 2 years experience, your own car and was paying £6.08ph.

No harm in applying for jobs that require 2 years experience, at least you can put it down on the sheet for the job centre, yes it may be a waste of your time but if you need 1 application to get on the sheet for your advisor then why not give it a shot.
