Neighbour stealing from mail order parcels?
Comments

My dad has a note permanently in his window saying not to leave anything at no 14.
I don't order much but if I am expecting a parcel, I leave a note saying leave with any neighbour except no 21.0 -
You'd think she'd know she's been rumbled, wouldn't you? Probably hadn't factored in that the neighbours might actually compare notes.0

She probably doesn't care.I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off

I would also be checking eBay for the missing items being sold locally unless she is the same dress size and has the same taste as all the missing items.0

I was about to say exactly the same thing.
Search on Ebay for the item.
If you can all see the same items for sale (and if it is recent, you can do a completed listings history) I am sure she is not clever enough to hide it.
You might just be able to frame her!0 -
She's the type who'd sell her granny for a fiver so zero chance of her having a computer for an ebay listing - she's more likely to flog stuff to mates or down the pub. There are about 12 of her mates there now all off their heads on God knows what.
We're all just going to make sure she doesn't get her hands on any more of our parcels. The companies concerned might be ok about replacing the missing items once, but they won't be at all amused if it keeps on happening.0 -
I think you should add a note on all orders not only saying 'do not leave with number light fingers' but also add 'as things get stolen'. Even if the couriers don't read the message at least you can prove you've let them know what will happen so if it's then stolen you're in no way at fault.Make £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)
December £361.54, November £322.28, October £288.52, September £374.30, August £223.95, July £71.45, June £251.22, May£119.33, April £236.24, March £106.74, Feb £40.99, Jan £98.54) Total for 2017 - £2,495.100 -
You can list in eBay via your phone so no computer needed

Personally I would be getting together with your neighbours and going to the police on mass. If she's as you describe then she is probably known to them anyway.
Oh and it may be she eagerly waits for delivery men and rushes out offering her services !!!0 -
Agree with others, skint , single mother or otherwise, there is no excuse to steal from others, plenty skint, married others too, would you feel the same? I would get the police involved0
