Anyone have any advice for pain in shoulders and knees. I have ongoing pain in my shoulder and after an aerobics class tonight throbbing pain in my knee. Any alternative therapies? I'm wondering if the family history of arthritis is coming to get me!Debt LBM (08/09) £11,641. DEBT FREE APRIL 2021.

I have tried many many alt therapies.
