I wished I had seen this thread before I placed my order, might have saved myself a lot of wasted time and maybe money £1400 + £600 preparing garden for cabin, placed order mid October, was told 4-6 weeks delivery time, contacted them after 4 weeks to find out how order was progressing, guess what no reply and still no reply from them after 2 weeks of trying, I have contacted my credit card company to see if I can claim the money back they are sending me a claim form out today, and also spoke to CheckRate who verify them as a safe online seller and after discussions they have agreed to remove their logo from the website, was gone whilst I was on the phone, they are also going to do some digging into this company.

janeplain if you post an email address I will be happy to send any info I can to nail these moron's.

MadasHell - I know exactly how you feel. I've spent over £4000 altogether, hope I can claim £3500 through my bank - fingers crossed. These people know exactly what they're doing, the website looks so professional, it didn't even occur to me to check out their reviews.

There's strength in numbers, even if you've been refunded please give me your details to help those of us who haven't been so lucky.

Just to let you all know, the website has gone as of this morning, I tried to get on it to find out the company number for my trip to Trading Standards, and it no longer exists.

If anyone has their company number can you post it please.

Spoke with CheckRate again this morning and they have reported these low lifes to Trading Standards, don't have the full info yet, but they are calling me this afternoon to do a full update.

PayPal refund initiated by SM failed to clear last week. Oh boy! Now submitted a credit card chargeback.

These people need nailing!

Raised an Action Fraud claim and sent my story to BBC Watchdog - I suggest we all do the same to raise this story's profile.

if anyone is interested the company directors name is robert charles ramage and the famous dana collins is dana georgiana chirila i payed a couple of quid on company house and got this info, just waiting for my chargeback to be done hopefully get money back that way, have had no contack with them now for 2-3 weeks wont answer any emails or phone calls , i will be paying 44 causway rd seaton workington cumbria a vist , but will be when they least expect me , all i can say is keep your eyes peeled catalin ...
