Camera Vans, do you warn others?

None of that may necessarily be true though, they don't have to use warning signs, they don't have to have a clearly visible van (the worst have used a horsebox and repainted one of the camera vans to look like a builder's van) and they can catch people up to a 1km away in a third of a second which would mean impressive eyesight to spot a vehicle at that range and even more impressive reactions to get the speed down in time.
I'm in no way endorsing speeding just pointing out that the camera vans are not necessarily easily seen.

Alright then, re-phrase.
If you can't drive within the speed limit and get "caught" whether there are signs or not, a "covert" van or not etc. then you deserve what you get.:)
I must live in an area where they "play fair" then?!
No, I don't warn.
"(the worst have used a horsebox and repainted one of the camera vans to look like a builder's van)" sounds good to me.0 -

Fog lights on when no fog has been seen for months, a clear sign that somebody is an idiot. Why don't they put the rear one on as well? They would look twice as 'cool' no?0

What if i'm overtaking a car doing 45mph, should I overtake at 60mph to comply with speed limits or overtake as quickly and safely as possible?
Yes you could argue if I cannot overtake whilst keeping within the 60mph limit I shouldn't overtake..... but I live in the real world.0 -
Yes yes yes and yes hate them bloody vans. I have in the past parked behind one so he could longer see and also parked opposite one on a straight country road warning others and on both occasions they got board and went. Stuff them just another tax when on straight country roads.Google gives you answers use it.........0

Wherever possible I will warn others unless they are driving a people carrier0

But if you don't ignore the limits then you pay nothing!
Really? It's not that simple. Are you assuming that you won't get "caught" if you drive under the limit, or that, if you do get caught, all you have to do is tell them you weren't speeding?
In reality, you can get a NIP even when you're not speeding, and you have to be prepared to take the matter all the way to court if you want to get it quashed. That's not something that a lot of people would be brave enough to do.0 -

Not too sure what you are on about here, however, I'll try my best.
I have never encountered the problem of 'getting caught speeding even when I wasn't!'
I drive a lot of miles on a daily basis and have for many years, it's not something that I have experienced.
However, if it were to happen, ie accused of something I didn't do, then of course I would fight it, who wouldn't?
Although I'd say the chances of it happening are probably as close to zero as it is possible to get, judging from experience.0
