Can I join? I have a stone to lose. And probably another [STRIKE]two[/STRIKE] one after that :o I start the day well then I go to work and when it gets stressy I reach for the chocolate :(

Then I'll get home and get a [STRIKE]couple of[/STRIKE]glass[STRIKE]es[/STRIKE] of wine as a treat for "surviving" the day :o which leads to cheese and biscuits in front of the tv.

Seriously need to change my ways!

:rotfl::rotfl: I could have written this. You have just described my day.

I will weigh myself when I get up, before anything passes my lips, and post it on here:eek::o

Well, had my glass of wine and cornetto, just got to make sure i dont eat anything else this evening!
A cup of tea is normally all i'll have after dinner, so i should be fine from now on.
    Tomorrows menu will be:

Breakfast- Granola & coconut yogurt (same every morning!)
Lunch- packed lunch as we are out at an an adventure park all day.
Dinner- leftover veggie curry from today, with garlic bread.

    Snacks will be fruit.
  • I've just weighed myself

x Stone 10lbs. Not saying the stone number :o swear the scales said "one at a time please" so its definitely time to change.

Am my heaviest - ever - don't think I was even this heavy when pregnant

Got to work some free exercise into my days. Me and my husband used to power walk 3 miles every night. Time to start that again!

I've weighed too. 77.8 kg. Can only do it in kg!!!! I'm a size 16. Ive flirted with a tight 14 but now i'm well and truly a 16 and that is getting tight.

My aim is to get into a 14 with room to spare and to weigh about 72kg.

Am going on holiday on Monday so a tough week ahead, but will try to do lots of running around.

    Morning!
I am just having a nice latte, and then having breakfast.
I like the idea of weighing in kg, as i have no idea how to convert it into stones and pounds!

I wanna live for free- i was a stone less than i am now the day before i had my son, so i am definitely at my heaviest EVER.

I am setting myself my 1st target- to get below 12st (so a 2lb weight loss this week would be nice), with weighing on a Friday morning.

Morning all :) Hope it is lovely & sunny for you all as well.

Right, today is the last day of any indulgence. Since it's so lovely I'm going to go for a long walk though.

I need to stock up on healthy snacks to keep at work. Does anyone have any suggestions? Apart from bananas, I don't find fruit very filling (perhaps too high in sugar as well...).

I have access to a large fridge so can keep most things. I'd like to include the snacks in my weekly shops and just store them at work to avoid lugging mountains of tupperware around. I'm thinking of low carb type snacks. I mostly shop in Aldi but they have most stuff available. Any ideas welcome!
Proud to be a moneysaver :)
  • why not cut up a bowl of cucumber, celery, carrot and pepper into crudites and nibble on those during the day?

I'm going to do this, as well as stop going into superdrug for their multipacks of chocolate. Problem with working in the town centre, too many temptations :o

    Hi everyone!
Well i went out for the day and ate my packed lunch and an ice cream and that was it :)
Had lots of diet coke, which i wouldnt normally have, but they had massive plastic tube cups which you paid £5.99 for and you could get them refilled all day for free, so me and the kids had one of those between us.

We just had more sandwiches for dinner, as well as melon and other bits of fruit, so not too bad although we'd never have 2 loads of sandwiches in 1 day!

Healthy snacks- Chopped cucumber, peppers, cherry tomatoes, carrots, sugar free jelly, muller fat free yogurts?
