My GC won't start until Thursday, but I've got my budget sorted for next month. We're intending to have a bit of a party at some point so I'll have to increase the budget to take care of the food. So, could you please put me down for £230 for August and it should be back to normal in September.

    Thanks!

Our August budget starts on the 29th, but after two months of not being able to meet my £130 budget, I am going to adjust this to £150 , I am still going to try and come under this! and I'm working on an August meal plan at the moment! :)

I've put in £16.50 for dog food! As we just picked up a bag and this should last through out the month. 15kg bag!

    Hello you friendly bunch. :)

Well after a previous tried and failed attempt at the Grocery Challenge :o I would like to be included again please, due to a change in my circumstances it is essential that I get my grocery budget under control.

Therefore would you kindly put me down for £250 please, I do want this to be less but need to start somewhere. My month starts on the 28th please.

I shall be dong a spending diary and also meal planning etc, I am in for the long haul now. ;)

Hope everyone is ok and enjoying this lovely weather?

As my weekly total seems to fluctuate, this time I would like to aim for £100 for the whole month please? This should help balance things out, as one July week spent £36 and this week only £20 for example.

This is groceries, cleaning products and toiletries for 2 adults, 2 young children and a cat.

My Grocery Challenge for August will be £300 which is very high but we've been living mostly on our stores for the last 13 months and it's time to start re-stocking them if reasonable deals come up or if we can find some good vegetables and fruit to freeze or dehydrate.

That is for for groceries, cleaning/laundry/toiletry items for 2 adults (also includes weekly baking for 8 adults).
