Strange day today, ds had a huge meltdown this morning :(:( This meant we cancelled out plans for the bbq and had an indoor day instead.

Some work has been done on the finances but more is needed. Just made a fiver on a games offer ;)

Morning all, day two of the holidays and the sun is shining :D Mr S is coming round later, he's working til 2 but has the day off tomorrow, so is coming over after work, mum is taking ds out to a model railway show and we will get his new bike made while he's out. Then when he comes back we're going down the beach for a bit, then a cosy night in with a very rare lie-in together in the morning, can't wait :D:D

This morning will be spent catching up on housework, I got quite a bit done yesterday but there is cleaning to be done still. Hopefully I'll get a bit more work done on my finances and my holiday list on here too.

Evening everyone, we've had a lovely couple of days, Mr S has just gone out with a mate for the evening, not sure whether he'll be back tonight or not, but its good to have a bit of catch up time.

We've been to the beach, Mr S and I got sunburnt, (ds had lots of suncream on), the car has now passed its mot, we swam in the sea (freezing ), went to the pub for dinner, had a lovely lie in this morning, went to the forest today and paddled in the stream then found another nice pub for lunch, then we all fell asleep on the sofa for an hour this afternoon, bliss :D:D

Just having a chill out and a lazy pottering tidy up, then showers and chill tonight :)

Just won £24 on a games offer, very much needed as I've overspent over the last couple of days :o

Been to Asda this morning and got some bits for ds birthday cake for tomorrow. Also picked up a couple of pairs of swimming shorts for him for Spain :)
