I placed order on the 19th via Quidco and it took until today to track.

I did what was suggested somewhere above, went through to quidco then copied and pasted the link in the address bar in the dell website. It will be my first quidco order so have I done it right? I still haven't received a call from the person who said she'd call me back.... never mind. I'll be contacting them to complain. I went for XP in the end, same as I have now.
