Shaun Richards is a independent economist

So I googled and all I got was https://www.mindfulmoney.co.uk Can we assume Mr Richards is an "Economist" who no one listens to so has to start a website to spout his views?

There appear to be a lot of those about.

Strangely enough they are also the one's that seem to get the largest following from a certain "type" of poster on these forums.

Oh dear....are you that stupid that you can not read your own links...i think you will find he is one of very many on the website... its not his...

    and some dicks thanked you..
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.
