The article might say that, but does the report?0 -

Almost as well as DervProfs occasional digs to prove the double fact that he's not still smarting from his past drubbings and he is also not bothered that I have more wealth than him. :rotfl:
Yes, RM, you are considerably richer than me, apparently.
"Drubbings" ?
If I had been "drubbed" by you, why was it that you chose the "Ignore" option, not myself ?
The answer to that rhetorical question is that it is you who got the drubbing. I exposed you for what you are, and what several other forum members are now witnessing.
As I said a week or two ago, it's a bit cowardly of you to put me on ignore then post the odd, random "attack".

Do you have idea how childish you look??
Not worth asking him, because it's obvious he doesn't have an idea.
Oh, and before he accuses me of attacking him, without him being able to see my posts (unless quoted by another forum member), I am only responding to his "digs" which are now cropping up from time to time. While he has had me on ignore, I have not responded to many, if any of his posts. Funny, he's ignoring me, but not, yet nice to know he hasn't forgotten me. The more he kept showing off, the more he kept telling me I was jealous, to the point that he blurted out a personal rant about me being in the same house for x number of years etc. A rant that reminded me of the schoolyard. Childish indeed.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Savings : That's asking for ridicule.0 -

I'm just going on what Hamish laid out for us.
If you want to criticise the article, I'd suggest you firstly ask Hamish if the report says that (I'm certainly not gonna flick through pages of a PDF document), and then criticise him.
But you wouldn't do that, would you! It's Hamish! You'll just criticise me instead for using what Hamish stated!
I'd give up if I were you. I know you were trying to make me look silly, but it's all backfired a little.0 -

I'm sure that's what I was saying just earlier! It is now “inconceivable” that the British economy will grow in 2012, economists warned, after a shockingly large fall in GDP raised the prospect of more stimulus from the Bank of England.
But oh no, we had to look at the fact that is is possible. Just like it's possible that we may win the World Cup. The probability, however, it seems has to be ignored to make a point that it's possible.0 -
I am thanking this...
Not because of the point you make, but by far you have best name along with picture:rotfl:0 -
Graham, for goodness sakes, stop digging. You're looking foolish and desperate. You're painting the rest of us economy bears in a bad light.

Jeeze, did you log in after all this time just to say that? How long were you puzzling over it, all day yesterday and today?
The quality of the sockpuppetry is going downhill fast in this place. :rotfl:0 -
The UK economy is in a depression now. So much for Quantitative Easing doing any good!
http://www.mindfulmoney.co.uk/wp/shaun-richards/the-uk-economy-is-in-a-depression-now-so-much-for-quantitative-easing-doing-any-good/It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0
