  • My CDC recommended the strawberry shake - hot - so I tried it for breakfast this morning!!

It is yummy!! Would never have thought of having the strawberry hot!!

    Give it a go!

  • Half pack of Toffee and Walnut mixed with half pack of Banana hot is lovely.

There are so many flavours to choose from with CD you cannot get bored.:rotfl:

    Hi CDC

Could you let me know how much Cambridge counsellors make per pack please? I'm thinking about doing it myself once I get to what I want to be. I asked a while back on here but no one seemed to know - you can send me a PM if you prefer that to posting it on here.

    Thanks

  • Hi,

The amount you make can vary, its best to discuss this with your CDC if you are interested in becoming a counsellor yourself. Your CDC would have to sponsor you.

CDC's are all self employed and work in different ways, again pricing can vary although there is a RRP, this is just a guide.

  • Well done Claire!

My weigh in is tomorrow and Ive been off an on the home scales all week to see how much damage my PMT nibbles have done and theyve been up and down like a yo-yo.

If I stay the same I will be relieved now I think!

Im just booking a family holiday in May at centerparcs and thinking of the spa with the other two size 10 ladies is keeping me going now - I refuse to be the hippo in the corner!

    Hi Amy,

You vist you CDC as often as you like, I go once a week. They weigh and measure you and you can buy as many packs as you need to last until next time you go. It's a one-2-one thing, but I do know that my CDC has people that go in groups of 2-3 but these people have decided to do that. You can buy sachets that you make up as milky drinks (hot or cold), soup sachets that you mix with water, ready made cartons (my favorite!), bars, mousse mix to mix with sachets if you want, savoury veg hot drink plus various other extras that you can take or leave. I just have 14 ready made and 7 bars and don't bother with the rest.

I did weightwatchers to and the 1-2 pound a week (or less!) didnt motivate me at all, this diet definitely motivates me!

Went for weigh in last night and I've lost another 7 pounds! Felt really really pleased as I didnt even think I'd done that well tbh. So I'm now 12 pounds from where I want to be and I've got 3 weeks to do it in so no room for whoopsys!!

Hope you all have a great day!

    Hi Claire,

Well done on your weightloss. You only have 12lbs to go now which is great. To apply to be a CDC you must have a BMI of 28 or less so you meet the criteria. Have a chat to your CDC, she will be more than happy to discuss this with you.

  • Well done Claire! Thats wonderful!!

I took the plunge and booked in to see my CDC on thursday *eek!* I am trying to get it changed to monday though as I am raring to go!!! :j
So nervous and excited all at once, I think my mum is the only one who is supportive of me atm, the rest are not convinced, and as for the other lady at work, well I shall not be talking about it around her again
The thing that I think will keep me going is the image in my mind of the outfit I will wear when I see my friends again (they are all at uni and I stayed to work full time and do an evening course - jr accountant :D )
    Its going to be great!
  • Good luck aereya
