Thanks for that:). I knew about Coke Zero but not the other drinks.0 -
No problem!
Of course you can also have the CD Water flavourings in still or sparkling water or hot water - I use less than recommended as it is strong stuff!

hey everyone, I haven't been on here for ages as the internet has been playing up loads! There seems to be lots of new people on here so just thought I'd tell you my background, I lost 5 and a half stone on weightwatchers over 2 years and have now been on cambridge since september and have lost a further 2 and a half stone and thats including coming off it a couple of times so I could drink(I'm at university and hate not being able to drink lol!)so I'm nearly at goal weight, about another stone and a half to go I think.
I've just been reading all of the posts about coke zero and just to say I drank coke zero on my second week of cambridge and consequently didn't loose anything, not even a pound and made me feel really despondent about the diet, luckily my willpower made me continue and I lost 7 pounds the following week, but I just wanted to warn everyone to be a bit careful about the extra things your allowed, plus my councillor told me that coke zero is actually worse than diet coke regardless of the citric acid thing because its so much sweeter! I try to just stick to my shakes/soups, black tea and coffee and obviously my water, I just think that the extras can sometimes slow your weight loss down so unless you really need them in order to stick to it its better just to cut them out, but thats just my opinion!
good luck to everyone starting out, the first 3/4 days are the hardest but I didn't actually find them as bad as I thought it would, its amazing how quickley you get used to it!
Good Luck!

I found that Coke Zero made me feel very very hungry.
The Perfectly Clear, etc. is ok though.
It is just trial and error.
Some folks find that Coke Zero sends them out of ketosis too

For some reason I couldn't post from work at lunch today. So after a good start in the morning with my banana shake (done to a turn in the blender with 3 ice cubes -tasty) At lunch I tried the oriental chili and was nearly sick. It was vile!! Was feeling fairly miserable but I've just had the brocolli soup & that wasn't as bad but not great. Think I'm going to have a shake at about 7pm so am looking forward to that as it's chocolate flavour. Don't think I like the soups if I am honest but didn't want to just get shakes as I though having soup might make the diet feel somehow more substantial. Are all the soups not very nice?0

I don't care for the Oriental Chilli or the Broccoli & Cheese
Have a try of the Vegetable Soup or the Leek & Potato which are both lovely - don't think I have met anyone who didn't like those two.
Personally I love the Tomato Soup but some folks don't, it really is just trial and error to see what you like/don't like.
Your CDC will swap any unopened packets you have - if you have more Oriental Chilli or the Broccoli & Cheese!!

Cheers C&Q! As it happens I do have some more packs of these flavours which I think I will return cos they're minging. My CDC didn't have any leek & potato or vegetable but when I go back I'll see if she's got any in stock. I will give the spicy tomato a go tomorrow & I have some packs of mushroom. I believe in giving stuff a try so I will see how I go.0

I put my order in in advance.
I get two weeks' supply at a time. Your CDC is required to have all the flavours available for you to choose from.
Have a go at emailing or phoning the order in!
