  • I cut back on carbs for 5 days before starting on CD SS and I had no problems at all when I started - other than feeling cold and it was July!

Just wondering, I'm sure I did this last time, but can you have all tetras the first week??

Yes you can. In fact you can have all your 'meals' as tetras from day 1. Have to wait until week 3 for the bars though. Something to look forward to:j

  • You can't have the bars, the CD Water Flavouring or the mousse-mix until Week 3 on Sole Source, to make sure that ketosis is well-established.

The tetras are fine, although with only two flavours they can get a bit monotonous - also you need to drink an extra 1 pint of water with both the tetras and the bars.

Thats great, I don't like the banana Tetra so choc all the way for me!

TBH i find it easier the less choice I have, is that weird?? Going to try and just have water this time no water flavour if possible, although I might buy some to make lollies with when the weather gets warmer! No bars either, I think they make you hungry somehow!

I couldn't stand the banana ones either. Loved the choc. Especially with coffee and hot water. That's one of the things I really miss about not needing Cambridge any more.

Good idea on the bars Claire. I didn't have a problem, but some do, so best avoided if it affects you that way.

MMMM I love the choc tetras, the banana ones taste a bit iffy to me! I think the bars are good when you need something to chew but I only like the orange choc ones. I love the vanila shake with hot water and coffee. Good luck everyone I will be with you from the 7th :j
