    Hi Ang,

I too am seeing my CDC on Thursday and am starting on Friday morning! Shall we have a weekly meet here to catch up with each others progress? I'm dreading that first weigh in, I know I have eaten to much over Christmas

Looking forward to getting started now though!

    Claire

  • Well, I have lost 6 stones and 6lbs in 5 calendar months on Cambridge

2 months SS and 3 months of AAM/790

Just a case of setting your mind to it and doing it!

  • Cambridge say that the losses are 1 stone per calendar month so anything over that is a bonus!

  • Hi Claire

That would be great. I'll probably be needing a good moan, so you'll have to excuse me! :D Could both try to lose that 2 stone by valentines if you like, nothing like a bit of competition to spur you on eh? R U going to do ss. I was thinking of maybe giving it 2 weeks and see how i'v got on, before maybe moving on to 790.
    sorry, started to ramble. :rotfl:

C n Q you have done just brilliant. You go girl.

Am trying to have a bit of a wind-down on the carbs at the mo so it wont be such a shock to the system. i have a feeling the first week will be really difficult. DH had better watch out. lol. Better go, rambling again. pmsl.

    Love Ang

Oooh competition! That sounds good to me.

I'm trying to wind down the carbs but keep having a munch (ooops!).

I'm going to SS, I did it last year, the first four days I found horrendously hard but stuck to it because my willpower was at it's highest (it always is at the start of the diet hehe), day 5 I went into ketosis and felt AMAZINGLY good, I had more energy than I'd ever had and was rushing round like a headless chicken doing everything in quadruple fast time! That's what I'm going to try and focus on while I feel crappy in the first few days, that and my hols!

Roll on Friday I really cannot wait to get started now
