I tried one of the peanut bars today - OMG! it was delicious!!0

OMG the peanut ones are my face, they are lovely arnt they! Cant wait to get an all new stash of them & the malt toffee ones- note to self- dont get the orange ones LOL, really not into them at all!
Well remarkably I feel pretty good today, although I do have a cracking headache which IM fairly sure I got last time too. An early night should sort me out tho, its the ony thing that ever gets rid of my headaches.
I simply had my shake this am, and my tetra for lunch and a few cups of tea and water ( obv) and I was hoping to have a bit of chicken - but our house is so cold it hasnt defrosted :eek:Oh well, I might have to have an egg omelette with mushroms & spinach. ( how bad would this be??)
Definately not moving up the plans was a BAD idea, certainly the min you have carbs, you want more- well I do anyway. I avoided afterwork beers too - but boy was I tempted, Ive had a hard week!!! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
I love the Caramel, Toffee and Chocolate bars, followed by the peanut!
Not struck on the Chocolate Orange bars myself either!
An egg has a lot of fat, which wouldn't be a good idea really.
I am going to have a hot chocolate shake then take myself to bed to listen to my Ipod.

Good luck with your CDC !0

How much do you pay for your bars and packets?
I'm paying £1.78 per packet and £1.99 per bar. Also CDC won't sell me anything less than 42 packets in one go.

I might order some of those bars, never had them before but they sound like a nice change. I've had nothing but chocolate tetras for the last 11 daysas thats all I like from what Ive tried. Finding it ok though...
Have come down with a sore throat which is not helping.
My other half has done 2 healthy meals and a shake for a week, she's lost 5 pounds and is over the moonShe's trying to drop a dress size.

For 7 soups, 7 shakes and 7 bars I pay £36.00
The RRP that Cambridge quote is only 'recommended' and the CDC's can charge more if they like.
The 42 in one go is not correct and she shouldn't be making you do that!

CDC said she couldnt allow me to go on anything less than 1000 as I dont have enough weight to lose.I dont know- I really wanted to feel better and not knackered all the time
