My first week was excellent even though I say so myself
. My Mum was then rushed into hospital and everything has, since then, gone on a downward spiral. I'm away from home at various times of the day and there aren't any facilities for me to make up a shake in a hospital......................... My new CC seems to have forgotten about me as I haven't had any communication since the last packets were posted to me and were the wrong flavour  .
So Emmzi - you are not alone.
Have you not got any tetras? They would really help you.
Also you could take a soup shake with you and a flask of hot water and mix it up whilst you are out.
Or take a bar with you.
The CDC's are supposed to keep in contact with you but if you have been out so much maybe she hasn't been able to do so?

Thanks CnQ. No I don't have any tetra's. I was told not to for the first few weeks. I have had a lousy cough and cold and was indoors for four days and although I've been out and about since then my husband works from home so would be here for any calls however my CC only contacts clients via mobile numbers - not sure whyand I definitely haven't had any missed calls. I could make the call but quite honestly never know whether CC busy at work, in meetings, at home etc as it's a side line. Just feel awkward contacting as I have already done so to say wrong packets sent & could they possibly be exchanged. Not heard since
.
Problem with soup & hot water in a flask is.........................lumps:o yuk!
Chocolate shake fine in flask - fruits of the forest - don't go there! Awful!!0 -

Well, the time has come for me to restart. Im calling my CDC today.
I fell asleep at 9pm yesterday after eating ( sigh) a bowl of diet muesli ( that was fine) then a small portion of chips - WHY DO I DO IT TO MYSELF and a hm burger & salad. Its the carbs. I cant handle them.
So Im starting the day with a pint of water and a tea and I need to see what Ive got in my cupbaords, I dont tihnk I have enough to deal with going onto SS this weekend - but Im certainly going to move it in the right direction today by avoiding carbs and hopefully seeing cdc to buy more stuff today, if not it will be next week I think.
I just feel so rough not CDing- and thats the main reason why im coming back to it.
Bring on the ketosis.
Incidentally for flagging spirits- heres that bikini shot I promised you all
A few pounds on that frame now, once they are gone im moving up to maintainence- and sticking to it
I cant wait to feel like i did before- bring it on!! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

thanks
I should also mention that THAT bikini is a size 8 toip & 12 bottom and was bought for a holiday when I was 15! when that photos was taken, Id celebrated my 30th a week before( moneysaving too
saved 20 quid from digging that out of a very old suitcase!)
Still havent rang her, Im broke as hell at the mo, theres no way I can afford to do CD at the mo. looks like its novs payday to buy more in.
I hope you are still watching C&Q and still powering on! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

I am here!!
I am staying too!! People need to know how fabulous Cambridge is and I am STAYING!!
I cannot get into the link you posted of your photo - boo!
I am sure you looked fabulous!
I am fed up of people criticising Cambridge.
They congratulate me on my weight loss then start on the criticism of Cambridge.
Also fed up of people criticising me for sticking to Cambridge when they can't.
I went to a Wedding on Saturday and stuck to my 790 - only had chicken and water and one mouthful of cheesecake and one mouthful of champagne for the toast.
This weight is coming off reason or none!!!
