I'm on a Choc Tetra now for lunch, only just started on the water, for some reason just can't take it earlier on in the day.

I didn't do my measurements, but I could do them tonight, every little helps on the motivation stakes, I have gone down a couple of notches on my belt though.

Bearing in mind it is order from the menu all you can eat type place!

I ate....For starters: 1 spring roll, 1 BBQ rib, prawn crackers, and some smoked chilli chicken starter which was mega lush, i'd never had it before....

2 mini pancakes with duck and cucumber - delish! and then some more duck with hoi sin sauce and cucumber when there were no pancakes left!

Mains was; chicken with ginger and spring onion, although i didn't eat too much of it... with some beansprouts... and a little bit of Big G's shredded chilli beef...

I didn't take rice, chips, noodles or crispy seaweed which were about the only concessions i made.... i love seaweed!! yum yum yum!

ooooh and i didn't have wine!

So i had loads, but wasn't uncomfortably full afterwards, and steered clear of most carbs...

gawd it looks like loads written down!

no, no.... there were 3 of us sharing the starters.. and i was actually quite restrained! but it looks like a lot written down!

Spud - when you come your holidays to scotland to visit me, we can go to that restaurant.... You can get a cheap rental caravan (big g has one, as do some of his pals, i'll get you mates rates!!) and explore the coastline..... we'll have great fun!

But we've got the dog hun. Not many places would accept us with her, and we couldnt kennel her

Still gonna google Stonehaven and dream :D

One day, I will take you up on that offer though - we've never had a family holiday in the 16 years we've been married for one reason or another, mainly money.

admittedly, she is a biiiiig dog for a caravan! but i reckon we could work around that. The dog could come and lodge with us, we're only up the road and you could take her out every day with you... provided she could put up with my 2 springers of course... We have room...

Don't dismiss it, discuss it with Nick... i reckon could get you a caravan for £150.... £50 petrol.... family holiday!!

sorry to the others, this is really non CD....
