Right, I just had a look. Another 4 lbs till I stop being obese and become overweight, and then another 2 stone 6 before I'm normalIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Spud! that is amazing! shows how far you've come so quickly as i've only gone into overweight from obese this week after 16 weeks!!! Curse my shortness for knocking my BMI sky high!!!
What weight do you get down to for normal spud? I'm 10stone 5.5lbs... my CDC reckons lower but i reckon she mis measured my height... i am only 5'4" reckon she has me down as a bit shorter... i will defend my 5'4" to the end... sod being told am even shorter therby meant to be even thinner!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
I'm not there yet Maz !!!
14 stone 7 becomes overweight, and 12 stone 1 is normal. I've shrunk too. I used to be 5 ft 10, measured at 5ft 8 but we agreed to split the difference at 5ft 9
I dont think I'll ever get to normal, but I like the thought of just being overweight instead of obeseIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Spud thats Great, only 4lbs to go, I have 2st, 2lb to get to normal.
Maz I've shrunk as I've got older, I used to be 5,7, now I am only 5,6 and can measure 5.5 sometimes, (I've put 5.6 in the chart).
You're taller in the morning, take a measure then.
It seems a big difference from 11st for 5.6 to 10st 5.5lbs for only 2 inches dosent it.0 -
I forgot to tell you, me and DH checked my measurements again yesterday, a month after I started CD. I've lost 6 1/2 inches off my hips and 6 inches off my waist :TIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

When you think that a belt usually has about six holes in spaced about an inch apart you've worked your way through a whole belt.
