Wahay, well done PAP, thats brilliant, keep up the good work!!!

Spud, I think you should try the adding a meal too, and see how you get on. You are doing really well, and it is really hard.

I am just crap. Hubby and son went to a swimming gala, I was dancing around doing the ironing ,feeling fantastic.....was watching all those girl bands on one of the music channels, planning how my belly was going to look like that, while I was wiggling my hips and doing the ironing.

Hubby came home, had been to the shops, made Chicken Pie, did I want some. No I said, came back in, are you sure, yes I said and drank some more water. Then he asked me how to cook a Jacket potato, so I told him, then, he came in with Half a Chicken Pie, half a tin of beans, and a jacket spud. So I left the room to find another spud, the rest of the beans and the rest of the pie on the kitchen counter.

    So I ate it!!
    Why????

Why do we manage to swing so violently from one mood to another. Now I feel all sick and yucky again.

Hope you have a nice time out tonight Maz, you need to be all sweetness and light, puts them on the back foot and makes them feel guilty. Then they get scared wondering what you are going to do to them!!!

You are a woman of mystery Fox, you just got married, you have you book thing going on, a new job, and another project on the go....... I am surprised you have time to eat at all, never mind cheat......
It sounds like you are having a really exciting time in your life right now - Well Done.

Half a stone left Faye. that sounds wonderful, I need to work a damn sight harder if I am ever going to get that far.

    Maz well done

Bounce, you NEED to have ALL your shakes everyday. ALL of them. otherwise you are just starving yourself and long term will do yourself a lot of damage including screwing up your metabolism and ending up with a weak heart (which is what happens when your body devours muscle tissue instead of fat because it doesnt know any better)

In your three shakes a day is the amount of protien (and you need all three everyday) your body needs to protect its lean muscle mass from being used as a fuel.

    Well done on the weightloss.
If you dont know where you are going... Any road will take you there :rotfl:
