Oh Maz, you are wonderful!! Well done on avoiding all the bad stuff.:T
And you hit another milestone - I liked that one, think I jumped up to obese, but should be back to "just" overweight now.

Bounce 9lbs, thats fantastic!! Well done you.:T But you listen to what Alf said. It is more important to be healthy than slim.

Spud Havent you got Maz's chart, its great, its got loads of stats in it, but you can put in what you actually lose, and you can also put in target losses so that you can see how long its going to take you to reach certain goals - I love it.

I Duncan0808, aka Sue, do solemnly declare, that I will do 100% today and promise all my CD Diet buddies that I will be good and an inspiration to all.

Should I fail in my task I will send everyone a personal letter of apology and a £1.

OK, now lets see if that does the trick - I am good at keeping promises to other people, just not myself!!

I weighed in this morning and I have lost nothing again for what must be the fou rth week running.. I have stayed the same though and that is good. I want to lose the last nine pounds (and stop paying for my CD shakes) so this week I have to be good.

I am on two shakes a day but whilst I have a 'healthy' meal at night its not really the CD recommended meal and I know I am not drinking enough water. So I am going to go for it 100% this week and my goal is for next Tuesday 3lbs......so I am depending on you lot to keep me on track. I have just resisted a breakfast from McDonalds..not hard cos I don't like them - I will just have to focus on work and housework this week instead of thinking about food. I have done it before, just got to do it again...

You go for it Sammy - and the water makes a huge difference. I drank gallons of it on Friday and I am sure thats why I managed to get rid of that 6lbs so quickly.

9lbs is 3 weeks, maybe even 2.5 weeks if you are really really good, so its not too long to go.

I am feeling pretty useless at the mo. but determined to not give in. Hence my forfeit to me above. I am good at not letting other people down.

Got my fingers crossed for you!!!

Dunc, I have got Maz's chart, but I've only ever put my current weight in. I've never dared plan ahead :o

Good luck Sammy, though looking at your running pics, quite where you need to lose 9lbs from I dont know

Dunc, great idea with the forfeit, though you know a lot of us are from the DFW board dont you. If you fail, we'll grab that quid :rotfl:

Well done on 9lbs Bounce, but please do it sensibly hun.

    morning CD peeps....

Took great pleasure in filling in my chart this morning and took a moment to realise that when i started this CD thing i wanted to get to 12stone... and now i am only 4.5lbs away from that.... so that is good....

of course now i have moved the goal posts but still reckon i can get to goal weight of 10stone 5.5lbs, BMI 24.9, in 9 weeks, i.e. mid july.... sooner if i lose more than 3lbs in some weeks... assuming i have no STS weeks....

9 more weeks is not a lifetime, i mean i've been here since january so not long at all.... only 2 paydays between then and now! and should be 2 weeks before i go on holidays...

Spud/Sammy - i should be 11stone 3 when we meet up in Leeds... lol!

Spud - have you made any decisions? Any thoughts on what you want to do....?

Sammy - i texted you this already but it's worth saying "out loud" on the boards.... maybe this last 9lbs is not budging because this is the weight you're meant to be now your a (soon to be) Nanny Sam!! Maybe you're setting your sights too low IYKWIM... Give us your vital statistics and we'll give you our opinions....

Hey guys just reporting in my WI
only lost quarter of a pound this week... i did cheat though and had some chips and cheese.... and then on wed i went for a meal and ate scampi but avoided the chips that came with it and had a slice of garlic bread mmm
I think my body needed it plus it is my TOTM so that may of added to the loss.

I'm on 810 now so looking forward to having something a bit extra
going to have a chicken salad tonight with a tiny bit of low fat mayo and some mushrooms.. :)

Only half a stone off target weight so looking forward to comeing off this thank god!!! just scared of gaining when i come off plus am going to uni in september and moving in the student accommodation and am going to have to cook for myself i don't want to put the weight back on by eating micro wave stuff and kebabs.

Am going on now arent i :)

Have a great week everyone and stay motivated. xx

Thats why its only a £1. I do keep promises, I could have lied and said £10, but then I know I couldn't afford that so it would have defeated the object.

I've planned ahead, thats why I am so fed up when I look at those lbsss I missed out on.
You don't need to plan ahead though, just go to next weeks and keep dropping the weight until it jumps to the next level on the obese / overweight box.

i've got mine filled in, in italics, to represent a 3lb loss each week and see how far and how long to go... it's quite motivating adding your real loss in each week ... and even better when you get a greater loss so you see yourself bringing goal a week forward.....
