I'm a long way from skinny Maz. I still have the saggy baggy Bagbuss belly. Need to work on that next me thinks :o

I am pleased though, just dont let me put any of it back on ;)

my tummy was fat but firm and has come in relatively unscathed until just lately but i can see some sag forming now...... There's only so much you can do really... just think how much better you look clothed and don't analyse the nekkid bits too much, y'know nick will love you as you are....!

My arms are getting a bit saggy... i do a lot of arm work at gym and at home too... i have these great biceps.... and fabby bingo wings underneath.... i'm working on triceps each session too, but i really need to concentrate extra hard on them.... i might actually ask for an instructor to give me some kinda plan for the gym... assuming it's free of course! lol!!

The thing is, as long as we look slimmer and dress to cover the problem areas we are all gonna look fabby soon enough.... and if it means i don't wear sleeveless things then so be it... small price to pay, eh! Never stopped me when i was big, so don't know if it will stop me, but i am a bit paranoid about it TBH....

I'm going on the sunbed a wee bit again this year, as having a bit of colour makes these areas less obvious too.... i fake tanned my legs last night, and today i am wearing trousers! lol!!!

The only areas that have ever bothered me are belly and bum, belly mostly. I'm really self conscious of it, wont go swimming etc and when Bunny mentioned a spa day ages ago, I just said no straight away :o

I'm quite happy from the waist up ;)

And my legs are very long and OK.

And yes, DH lurves me just the way I am :D

You and me both Mrs T.
We need to crack this, you feel so much better when you are on the plan, I just don't know why I can't stick to it 100%. Its driving me nuts.

I am very fortunate in some ways, I don't look what I weigh, when I put on weight it goes on everywhere, even fingers and toes, I don't have any individual "problem" areas.

Thats what makes me more complacent I think, but its got to stop.
I need a bloody good kick up the !!!!, (and my mouth sewing up just enough to only let a straw in:rolleyes:)

What was that thing they recommend when you are trying to give up smoking, aren't you supposed to keep an elastic band around your wrist then when you feel an urge to twang it to remind you what you are trying to acheive, maybe I should try that:rotfl:

Thanx Maz, have been running yes. I'm still no where near your standard but it is getting much easier :)

Sue, we can both do this! I've had 2 shakes already today and drinking so much water that i couldn't possibly fit any food in ROFL

I forgot to tell you, me and DH checked my measurements again yesterday, a month after I started CD. I've lost 6 1/2 inches off my hips and 6 inches off my waist :T
thats fab - i find the inch loss spurs me on as i am not really losing at a great rate
