    yep my cdc has ok'd with cambridge all of her recipes and is pushing for them to be publshed in the next edition of their booklets (she is one of their main counsellors - won counsellor of the year either last year or the year before - she is so great and not pushy to sell you stuff
    i have had the hot pot a few times, and the eggy ones, tbh they all are lovely.

    Fibre89 hasnt worked for me since Thursday/Friday. Unsure if thats because there is nothing there ~ do you get much on this diet? Or if I just cant go? Either way I will have to get something soon if its not good, have to wait till payday though :rolleyes:
    the bran i got was from the cereal aisle in asda by the museli - its only about 78p, and i have just been :j, sorry too much information :rotfl:

    Pap - fibre 89 will make what you have to pass easier to pass IYKWIM, but if there's nothing to pass then there's nothing to pass.... so maybe you've just got nothing much there...

    rabbit droppings once or twice a week spring to mind i find!
    I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

    Caz is that food though? :confused: We have bran downstairs but I dont want to cheat. The only thing that definalty works for me and is cheap is orange jucie (pure) but again its food/cal's :mad:

    pap Maz is right. dont mistake not actually needing to go with constipation! if there is pain then you are constipated but if you just dont need to go you dont need to go.

  • Thanks Maz and Alpha, I dont have anything to pass, at least I dont think I have :rolleyes: I was never a big mover when I ate solids (one every 2 days). However last night this pain started again in my lower back and stomach, like a niggaling pain that comes and goes... however that could be related to the 'period that will never go' :mad:
