    hi all
well i have been back to be weighed today and lost another 2lbs, quite pleased considering i have had the flu and went off it for about 5 days.
Welshy, a friend of mine lost 3stone in 3 months on this diet and ended up in hospital with gallstones, they cannot say the diet caused it either but she thinks it did ! anyway i am sure if we are sensible and drink enough water we should be ok ? hope you are well and get no more pain - she said the pain was unbearable too.
I only need to purchase 15 packs today my counsellor has no problems with it at all, she says no one is obliged to buy more than they need to, i did see a notice on her wall saying that there would be a £5 charge for weigh in with no purchase, and the minimum purchase is 3 packs only so i would question these counsellors who insist, so it only cost me £23 today and its been almost 2 weeks since my last weigh in.
anyway i am trying to be back on track and back in ketosis (have been since sunday), so whatever i put on i lost and a couple of pounds more. However the inch loss has been quite remarkable. hope you are all well.
Well done on the losses - keep it up !!!

i bet he'll never do it again having seen how upset you've been hun.....

it's not that they don't care, it's that they don't think.......

It doesn't do good to worry about what other drivers are getting up to, you'll only make yourself ill.... noone would ever leave the house....

Have a hug babes, and don't be pee'd off at him.... it's not his fault, he's just a bloke....

I know i know. i feel better now that i know he isnt mangled up somewhere.
I tried not to be too pee'd off at him :D

He does try so i cant be too mad can i. I just got so frantic when i had not heard from him and couldnt contact him.

Im not very good at cars/roads etc have been in a few bad accidents myself

On a CD note our councellor cancelled our appointment for monday evening so we are only getting to see her wed evening, i am pee'd off at this because we hve no shakes or anything left so have been eating 'normally' still because we dont have any CD products. i dont think its very professional myself! she only let us know on mon arvo
If you dont know where you are going... Any road will take you there :rotfl:

In OA there are no weigh ins or fees or dues.

Our seventh tradition says "Every OA group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions."

I have only eaten between any planned meal once since April 2006 and am maintaining a ten stone weight loss which is continuing to reduce.

I emailed my CDC yesterday morning to tell her about DH quitting, and that I dont need any shakes etc this week. I'm still waiting for a reply. Dont know whether to go for WI or not this week
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

  • yeah what tolkny said

TBH im happy with this and it seems to be working. My BMI should be 25 soon - a reason to celebrate :) cannot wait though pap just want to be nice and thin :) and some old trousers fit now which is amazing and a real incentive. I might go to my old Weight Watchers meetings when im nearing goal just to keep me on track :) but obviously less carby hopefully
