If you can find a decent one :)

Ive just been looking through all my old pics and wishing i was that person again. i need to regain my strength and get on with this because if i give it a chance it works.. look how well you have done so far Maz :D

babes, i know you'll manage this....

and btw you are the same person, just in a different place physically.... you've got a great life, lovely bloke, dogs etc... take stock, look back a little but i bet way back then you weren't actually as happy as you are now....

I'm doing alright but things are slowing down for me now i can tell...

As i said, i am feeling a bit squiffy and dizzy... just texted big g about it, he has just gotten over a 4 day Diaorhea and vomiting bug, and he said that was how he felt on day 1... i am so hoping this is not me coming down with it...

i wish i could get the runs !!! sooooo constipated !!!!!!
adding some fibre flakes to my soups, showed them to my CDC yesterday and she says they would do the same as the fibre89 she could give me (although it doesnt dissolve), but it does give me teaspoon of thick liquid at the bottom which i strangely enjoy !!!

charming wedding guest! what a thing to say to the bride!

how can i get the runs when i've not had anything to eat is beyond me!! Dreading it, it's like waiting for the inevitable...

Fibre 89 does dissolve if you put it into shakes, or into water even....
but it needs a fair bit of mixing....
