No Maz since about day 4 on this diet I havent been able to sleep at night at all. The lastest I had been to bed one day was 3am  Not good at all
What flavour did you have?0 -
I guess we are all a little gross and ever so cheery. but i find it helps. And ifr we werent so warts and all how many of us would cope thinking every1 else seems to be finding it all so easy?
I find it easier knowing i am not the only one with issues
And we have a common goal. tis good no
indeed it is..... i do find having you lot around helps....
i generally get weighed later in the day snags, and it is disheartening to think you weigh more... but as long as it was that time when you first got weighed then it's same difference as you'd have weighed heavier on your first on IYKWIM....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Maz, maybe you should try your shake a bit earlier...you are supposed to eat as soon as you get up....stimulates the metabolism don't ya know....(I had mine at seven, another at 1 and then another at 6 (or later if i had a run) then I had a bit of cottage cheese or chicken if I got the munchies later on.
But then its worked for you so far, if its not broke don't fix it...but I am thinking give it a go for a week....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

But if you slept til 11am today then you'll not get to sleep tonight....
you need to have an early rise to break the cycle pap... no matter what time you go to bed tonight, get up at 8am tomorrow and then you'll maybe get to bed at 11pm tomorrow night... and so redress the balance and get back on an even keelI'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

When I first went on CD I stayed up later and got up later...but then I used to be exhausted by 8pm and being on CD gave me loads of energy. I felt loads better during the time I was awake.....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
