well my CDC looked at the nutritional information - it has about 2g of carbs per tablespoon - i am having about a teaspoon and she says it should be fine, i suppose strictly speaking its probably not 100% cambridge, it does seem to be working for me. its like a very light flake - soft, called jordans natural wheat bran. my problem was needing to go but it was too hard to pass, an it was verrrry painful to pass - this seems to have softened me up nicely0

My weigh in is tonight and the scales say I've stayed the same, so by tonight that will have become a gain no doubt, because you get heavier through the day don't you.
Ah who cares, I'm so upset about other things, a bit more upset wont make much difference.

I guess we are all a little gross and ever so cheery. but i find it helps. And ifr we werent so warts and all how many of us would cope thinking every1 else seems to be finding it all so easy?
I find it easier knowing i am not the only one with issues
