    If someone can tell me how to post a picture (think posting a pic would be better than a facebook link cause none of the pics are mine (just ones friends took) but i can try posting one here if someone tells me how :D

    Doing well today but I sneaked onto the scales earlier and I've put on 3lbs due to my little slip yesterday. Hopefully it will come back off quickly but I doubt I will lose anything this week. Gah!

    I'm just having leek and potato soup flavour - its actually not that bad!
