Okay, before I got my 'motivated' head back on, I did eat a mini breadstick this morning, but then I thought WHYYYYYYYYYY - it wasn't even nice, it was dry and tasteless.
I wasn't hungry, I wasn't bored, I'm a bit stressed but mostly it was just habit/not thinking.

Water is 2.5 litres. I have 3*750ml a day then I have a pint on top of each shake and then I have 3/4 cups of tea. I will be swimming inside soon :rotfl:0 -

Evening little flowers! Had 2nd WI today. Another 2.5lbs off. My weight loss seems to be slow as hell, but i'm still on track for my stone a month so mustn't grumble! :rolleyes:
Had my first caramel bar today. BLEURGH!! Tasted too sweet and too salty at the same time. Think i'll stick to my lumps thanks! So we all putting our photos on here now? We doing before and afters and stuff? I'm soooo curious as to what you guys all look like! x
