Hi all,
Well gained 2lbs last night - so two weeks of money and back at that weight if you follw. However thanks for the encouragement and back to 'proper' sole source and galloons of water today (note to self - must check nearby loos!)
Fingers crossed I can keep going today,

Could have been worse couldn't it - if you really stick to it that 2lb will be off in no time. I am getting weighed later this morning and it will also not be good news after my bottle of wine and food at the party last weekend and subsequent picking of biscuits. Morning! Day 5 and i thought the hunger was supposed to be gone by now? How come i'm still so hungry? It's usually fine all day then around 8 or 9pm my tummy starts seriously growling and hurting a bit. I'm drinking about 3 litres of water. Where am i going wrong?

How many packs a day are you on?
I find that time is usually a danger zone for me - I'm starting to get tired, I'm a little bored and if watching TV the adverts nearly always get my tummy rumbly.
Some people split packs to make them have more meals with fewer intervals. You could try that so that you still have something for supper?0 -

I'm on 3 a day. Reckon i'm just having my last feed too early in the evening. I'll try again today. So is it just a myth then that all hunger goes outta the window when you go into ketosis? Or maybe i'm just not in ketosis yet. Dammit! This is hard going... xStill to go: 24lbs:think:0 -
I'm not sure. I can still feel hungry, but I cant tell if its hunger or just wanting to eat if you know what I mean.
I just like food, and my problem is I don't eat cos I'm hungry, I eat because I like the taste.
I'd try splitting your last pack and having half at tea time and half at 9ish, then I would probably go to bed!!
Or in the bath!!
I am finding walking helps, a bit of exercise tends to help refocus on what you are trying to do.0 -

i take Fibre89 in one of my packs each day, and that is the most filling of the shakes i have... somehow just is more filling... maybe you can get some of that hun?
How tall are you bounce? Could you be borderline needing 4 packs a day... or are you very active? i have 4 on running days......I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
