How tall are you bounce? Could you be borderline needing 4 packs a day... or are you very active? i have 4 on running days......

I'd try splitting your last pack and having half at tea time and half at 9ish, then I would probably go to bed!!

I am finding walking helps, a bit of exercise tends to help refocus on what you are trying to do.
Maybe thats me too but when i do get my little bit of food i feel quie satisfied.

Anyone been looking at vids on youtube for CD? There's a woman doing a vid-blog. She started about the same time as me, so i'm gonna follow her weekly vids. She's so lovely! Just like us!
Just search under cambridge diet and u might find her if ur interested. Her youtube name is latinainglesa. There's loads of CD blogs from other people aswell. You see their faces changing week after week. So inspiring! :jStill to go: 24lbs:think:0 -
Well I am one lucky so and so! Managed to lose 1lb even though I drank a whole bottle of wine on Saturday and a big lasagne at the party ha ha!! Got to be a good girl now! Trouble is I could do with a family bar of Galaxy to myself YUMSlimming World: SD: 2.05.16 SW: 13st10lb

well i am not a happy bunny today - only lost 2lb - was hoping and expecting more TBH. the counsellor told me off for drinking diet drinks - and i have only picked on celery!! been doing loads of excercise too - oh well roll on next week !!!0

bounce - fibre 89 is from your CDC... it's a clear tasteless powder you add to water or shakes... helps add bulk to your diet and can help avoid constipation...

Caz and Goldy, Well done, it may only be 1 or 2 lbs but its a downward movement, where in other circumstances off the diet completely it could have been an upward one!!
My WI is tomorrow, I've had such an up and down week, started off Fantastic and after that migraine, I still feel a little off colour, and have had a few pieces of toast because of the nausea.0 -

and yep 2lb down is better than upwards which is what it would have been had i not been on a diet - trying to stay positive

diet irn bru was my real weakness... and i still might have 1-2 cans a week.. was falling into habit of one a day and wonder if that attributed to my no loss last week... so now i decided to keep them out of the fridge and if i want one then i have to make a concious effort to put it in fridge and wait... as wouldn't drink them unless ice cold... and i haven't had one this week at all.......
not sure of citric acid in DIB...?
