I'm feeling a bit more positive peeps.. i have just popped down to leisure centre to pay Erins subscription and popped on their scales while i was there... these are the best scales i find as they're the ones i always used before and they seem to agree with the CDC's...
anyhooooow, they said 12stone 12lbs, which is brill as CDC was weighing me at 13st 1 lb on sunday... so surely by sunday afternoon it may even go down a little more, if i am good!!
and so on that happy news i am doubly determined to be good... had a minor triumph when i went for petrol there just now and had to stand in the sweetie ailse to pay for my fuel... i just shut my eyes to all the goodness!
Came back into the office and made a chocolate shake... now having a cup of tea!
gosh it's quiet today!
Is it cause Alf is at the hairdressers?!?I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

I'm really busy at the mo, so can't play on here with my diet buddies as much as I'd like.
Someones opened a big thing of celebrations and left them by the printer!,,I am avoiding printing things at the moment, or just leaving them there in the hope that someone will bring them to me, ha!0 -
You can be sooo good Maz - I can avoid the sweets, they wouldn't bother me, but oh that bakery you talk about would just about see me off!0
