Or maybe it would get it out of our systems if we talked about it?

I can't make my mind up - I still watch food programs all the time and while I go ooh that looks nice it dosent really make me want to eat.

    Great minds!!!

although now, i honestly think if i had the option of all of the above, i could stop at just one delicious thing... i wouldn't need to eat and eat for the sake of it... which is something different compared to the old me....!

    On another note:
I was looking at last years pics, and jeez i was big... i thought i looked good too... who was i kidding.......??

I never want to get like that again...

Well I was waiting to see if I was going to upset anyone one if I talked about food!!!

    Obviously not!!:rotfl:

I would like a slice or two of thick sliced white bread, toasted, and buttered, with a nice strong cheese on top, sliced tomatoes and a little red onion, grilled under a hot grill, served with black pepper and a little brown sauce.

Your chilli and guacamole sounds good too Maz.

Must agree, spag bol is usually on my "healthy option", unless I cover it with grated cheese:j
