    This reallyworks...!

If you don't believe it, just try this experiment.

Put your dog and your wife in the boot of the car for an hour.
When you open the boot, which one is really happy to see you?

    miserable biatch alert -

i am pee'd off today.... TOTM is on (which hopefully accounts for last weeks gain, will wait and see) but i am sore and fed up, and my belly feels hungry.......

i went to flicks last night with erin, and picked on probably 10-15 pieces of popcorn, which i'm not gonna beat myself up about as before i'd have munched my way thru a massive bag of the sweet stuff! Or even worse nom nom nom nom butterkist!

then took erin to BK for her tea, resisted entirely, which was brill.....

then went to asda and didn't get tempted by anything naughty there either...

so yesterday was a day of triumphs, today i think is going to be a battle of wills!!!!

    ibuprofen anyone?
maz get some co codamols down your neck, i swear by them!
you are too cheery to be miserable !!!
keep thinking of the triumphs yesterday - every day i think i aint gonna manage it today - and then every nite i sit and think wow i have done it !!!
feeling it again today as i have had my first shake and feel hungary again
we can all do this together - cant we ?????
    xxxxxxxxxxxxx

I find that Caz, isn't it weird - its not fillet steak and other gorgeous stuff I want to eat, its things that before I wouldn't have dreamed of eating.

I've eaten more crisps since I have been on this diet than I have eaten in the last year:rotfl:

I find that I will eat anything since being on this diet. Been so flipping hungry. I do have to say, that I am fine until I make something to eat for Amber in the evenings. She's only two, so I have to feed her! Be nice if she was old enough to make her own grub lol.

The smiley faces are Amber's favourites and I could easily eat those now with some beans. Yum Yum.
If dogs don't go to heaven, then I want to go where they go. :A

Morning y'all! I'm badly craving salty peanuts and doritos.

I keep focusing on all the things i'm gonna miss out on in the next 3 or 4 months, completely forgetting that i will be losing weight and looking better as a reward. Can't wait til i start getting the 'we can really see it in your face' comments! They rule!

Cos i woke up late i decided not to have a shake for brekkie but just mix some of the vanilla into black coffee. Mmmmm! Then i'll have a soup at lunchtime. Jeez i'm getting good at this!! :p x x

Bounce you are getting very imaginative!!!

Sometimes it helps if you just try and convince yourself that you are only putting off what you fancy, rather than denying it all together

Very true, doritos will always be there after all. It's just so hard at the beginning, the end seems very far away. I'll feel better after first WI on saturday i'm sure. :D x

first weigh in is generally so good, it keeps you ticking over nicely with motivation til the 2nd one!

I had my choc tetra this morning... i'm off to have a spicy tom soup just now... haven't had a soup in aaaaages but just feel i need something more than a shake... saving my choc shake til 4pm as i need something before running tonight....

i hope i like the soup, previous tastings have been meh, cause if it's rubbish and i don't take it then i will have to have my chocolate early and then where will i be......!

    oh decisions decisions!!!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
    (it's part of my charm!)
