Ohhh I will be thinking of yoru spud ~ I predict 4lbs This is a personal question but do you find it expensive with both you and your oh completing the diet? Same question to Alpha and Mr A?

The simple answer is yes Pap, especially as we still need to food shop for the kids. In fact, I'm not sure how long we'll be able to afford to do it, but we'll carry on until we have to stop.

Pap, me and OH are doing it too and it is a bit expensive with the two of us but we do save an awful lot on take aways and eating out.

I do get very very upset with my OH as he 'cheats' at the weekend and I think why waste your money if you are going to cheat...pah!

To be honest Sammy, its the money that's making us more determined. We simply cant afford to spend £100 a week only to cheat

Thanks everyone im just getting ready to go now. good luck friday spud i predict 5 i think especially as you have not cheated

ive been so hungry today but going to get some of that yummy porridge today and eat it for dinner mmmmmmm

ill be back with results unless i hve put on and then i will be down pizza hut

I nearly cheated today. The kids were having cheese and crackers, and there was chunks of cheese left. I could smell it
