Its quite a lot really. like the tuna is a whole can and with leaves/greens its quite a 'big' meal

Maz if the next weigh in doesn`t go well, think about moving up a plan its really helped me. i don`t think i was having enough protein for my job and was struggling through. i was feeling a little weak and pathetic0 -
