  • Thanks guys I thought it would be something like that. Do you think I would get away with changing the container the tetra is in? Problem is unless I drink it super quick in the loo ~ ewww, and warm as I wouldnt put it in the fridge ~ eww. Then I would have to have one as breakfast and then two as dinner. Problem I have is I work in retail and many have attempted this diet before and I dont want people to know. So I cant put the tetras in thr fridge or be seen 'making' a shake. Hell I wasnt going to post about it here untill I was at least 2 weeks in :rotfl:

Pap, what about having a soup at work. They make up like a cup a soup, you'd just have to discretely get rid of the empty sachet.

PAP - I recommend posting on here.
I have never managed to keep going this long - ever - and its all because of the great people on this thread.

The Tetras arn't so bad I keep mine in the fridge at home and they aren't warm warm by lunchtime, just not cold cold, if that makes any sense at all.

I don't blame you for not telling people at work - its easier to not have to deal with the negative comments about VLCD's. Can you not step out for a while and drink your tetra while having a quick walk?

Yep, that was the first time.

I was here on my own too, no one to talk to, or distract me so I'm not too sure I would've got through it. A quick brew and a chat to the lovely peeps on here sorted me out though :D

That's what I do normally Pap. I might buy the tetras for trips out etc, but the soups work well at work, as long as i remember to take them (which I didnt today  )

Maybe i should leave some in my locker ;)
