Don't ever appear on Hells Kitchen with that palate!! Broccoli and cheese is like heated sick (or how I imagine it would be of course).

Pap, why are you seeing that doctor? Cant you see one of the nicer ones, even if you have to wait a day or 2 longer?

Spud I would do but he is on holiday for 2 weeks  To be honest she is one of the only other ones I will see. All the remaining in the surgerys I will not see even if I was dying :rotfl: If she doesnt sign I will put up a fight though, I have been morbidly obese now since I was 8years old and not once have I been offered the chance to see a dietician or offered any help at all. This is one of the reasons I never go to the doctors as everything is about my weight
  • The only soup I eat is tomato so I will try that but I think mine will just be milkshakes and some tetras. Does anyone know if you can pour the tetras into another container though? Or maybe make up a milkshake and pour it into a container to take to work?

I asked about making the shakes ahead, but was told not to. They should be drunk freshly made because of the vitamins, minerals etc

You are supposed to drink the packet shakes within about 15 minutes so they wouldn't be too good for work.
I used the Tetras for work, but when I run out drink half a 500ml bottle of water then put the pack in and shake like mad for a while, then a little while longer for luck.
Its not as good as a whizzer but works enough for drinking.

Oh and yes you could pour out the tetras, but again I wouldn't do it until you are ready to drink it.
