Morning everyone,

Sorry about ur stress-fest Alpha, really hope u get it sorted.
I feel a bit better this morning, still rumbly but gonna split my shakes today. Loving the oriental chilli soup and the toffee and walnut shake. Am i gross for actually liking the lumps in the shakes?

Can someone tell me about these ketostix? I'd like to know when i go into ketosis, i know i'm not there yet! :rolleyes: Do i get them from CDC? Are they reliable?

Do you have copies of the invoice from the supplier?
Where are the rings coming from?
Ring Parcelforce and ask them for a latest status on the parcel - they should be able to tell you where it is - if they tell you this is waiting for customs clearance then ask them for the telephone number and if possible a name, (you might not get a name) you will also need your tracking reference.
Without knowing where the rings are coming from I don't know about the tax issue, but you can pay customs directly and they will release the parcel and parcel force can then deliver it.

bounce-e! yes, you is wierd liking the lumps!! Go join the wierdie queue with Spud and her broccoli and cheese soup!

Ketostix are little sticks that you can pee on for reassurance that you're into ketosis, and if naughty whether you've been knocked out of it... worth investing in if you're less than 100% soul source... £5ish for 50sticks from any chemist or from CDC....

your CDC should have ketostix but you can also buy your own online i think is cheapest, Maz i think knows the best place

I should hope so. I am normally like this but was worried too much *ss whupping would make them NOT want to send me our rings iyswim

:mad: Sue says it looks like the ring may be on its way for delivery for tomorrow but i spoke to PF this morning and said this is what customs says and i cant be in tomorrow so ould we make it thursday and she says 'no customs has it' you will be lucky if you recieve it at the end of next week

Haven't had the joy of trying the puke soup yet, but i cannot wait! And the lumps, ooh the lumps! Had my first cappuccino this morning and i was in lump heaven. I'm gonna write a song about how much i love cappuccino lumps. I've also stopped using the hand blender and just make a paste then mix it very quickly with a tablespoon. Mmmmmm.

Have i taken the lump thing too far??

I regret nothing. Hehe

P.s. found my pee stix online, much cheapness. Cheers guys x
