Look cheap enough, might see if the lovely CDC can do better though. Will i know if i've gone into ketosis without pee stix? I'm on day 3 and feeling like a million bucks! Apart from the god awful taste in my mouth. Yuck.

Thats how you know you are in ketosis. Ketones th by product are expelled in urine and through the lungs giving you funky breath.

Also for most hunger goes away, i moved up a plan becase even in ketosis i was still hungry

and you get energy

D'oh! Didn't think of that dagnammit! Ah well, not in too much of a hurry to get them, just wanna get week one over with. Fingers crossed for at least 4lbs off. Started at 16st on the button. Would love to be at 12st by september when i turn 27.

Did anybody's skin break out in week one? :mad:

Yes mine did. and its doing it again because i cheated last week.

It will go away (i normally have great skin) your body is just flushing out the toxins

Thanks Alpha, i should've said i feel like a million buck except for the fact i look like a dominos deep pan and i smell like a wildebeest. Ah well, it'll be worth it! :j
