Hi Maz - dropped you a pm,
My chart is just on paper and I colour it in, oh that sounds so sad dosent it!

I love bassetts too, can't have cats cos hubby is very allergic, I'm not too much of a Cat person, but have personal favourites, a dearly departed cat called Kevin was one of my favourites, I used to look after him when his owner went away.

Ferrets, now they sound like fun, and I do like parrots too.
My dad has had a couple of house rabbits, now they were a huge surprise. almost dog like in their personalities, they would follow him up to the kitchen door and wait on the threshold (couldn't walk on the lino with furry feet) cos he would always bring them back a tidbit.

Too many posts can't remember what I was going to say and if I go back a page I lose this one

Ketostix, I bid for some on ebay but didn't win, and havent bothered again, you don't really need them, its up to you Lisa.

Thanks for the good wishes Maz, Only 2st 2 to get to "normal"

I like the toffee and walnut, and last night had chocolate mint for tea.
During the day I have the tetras as they are so handy to have at work. Had Banana Bliss for brekkie and having Chocolate one for lunch.

I think I still have a way to go Alpha before you get rid of me, and then theres maintainance which is probably going to be harder than the diet itself.
In 13 weeks I have a 2 week all inclusive holiday in Tulum, I havent been to this particular hotel but I have been to two others in the chain.
At 10am the waiters and waitresses come around the pool with the cocktail of the day, so you just have to try it don't you, there are 8 restaurants to try out and the food is scrummy delish.

I know I may go with all the best intentions in the world but in reality this will drop me back a little, my biggest focus then will be to get back on CD asap once I get back. Previously I have lost some weight for my hols then put it all back on when I get back.

I am sure with everyones help here - this time I will crack it.

Last night my hubby wanted to know who I was typing away to, so I told him it was my diet buddies, I think he's jealous, he only has me as his diet buddy, and hes crap, he had beans on toast last night.

But, its better than what he normally eats and he is losing.

I quite like the banana bliss, its sweeter than I would normally have as a drink, but its not bad at all.
