    Good Luck Caz.:T

I've just spent my lunchhour wandering around the food hall at M&S, getting stuff for Hubby and son to take on the coach for Sundays match.

Pure torture - I can tell you.

I wasn't going to own up but seeing as we are all Diet buddies I'll have to, succumbed to a pack of Arbroath Hot Smoked lochmuir Salmon Flakes.
Half a pack is the same calories as my choc tetra, (just worked it out) so I am eating it for lunch. Then I have to make sure I save the other half for tommorrows lunch.

I do feel very proud of myself though, they were doing taste tests of all of their new cake range, literally forcing these tiny little pieces of scrummy cakes at you. It would have been so easy to just give in to "just one little bit won't hurt will it?"

Oh I'm crap - finished half the salmon pack just typing this out. was it really worth it.

    It wasn't you know........

How do you guys deal with hunger/the feeling of needing to eat.

Because right now i could eat anything (not that there is much in the house though) but i am hungry! :)

As you can tell - I don't - well not very well, do I.

But when I do manage it I try and go and do something thats not got food involved, like take the dog out, go in the bath, get out in the garden, and even go to bed, (depending on what time it is of course! Although I have been in bed at 9 over the last 3 weeks)
