I'd say wear something really heavy this week, then something superlight next week

fizzy water can help with the hunger....?

fizzy water is nice with the water flavourings too, if you are a bit of a fizzy pop addict, like what i used to be.....

i wish i'd thought of that!!!!!!!! To be honest though, you are almost guarunteed a decent loss in week 1-2 so no need...

Re the hunger - i'm not very good at resisting when bored at night.... i can sit in BK or with other people and not eat... but it's the on my own in my head wanting something to eat eating that i struggle with... real hunger as a feeling, i can actually cope with...

i find painting my nails helps as the smell is so far removed from food that you get over the craving.....
or as duncs says a bath, read a book, iplayer or whatever... anything to distract you!

Wow Maz, that is exactly my problem.
When I am on my own - if there is someone there I can be really strong, and when hubby is cheating with his beans on toast not even blink or think I want anything, then if he goes out, suddenly, from nowhere I can just feel this twitchy picky thing going on in my head that won't go away.
I really don't mind being around other people eating, its almost as though your head switches on and makes you fight harder.

Thats how i feel you guys! most of the time :)

I am sitting at home alone today (shift work!) and would love to eat something, fortunately for me there is no food in the house, literally just about nothing.

Im not quite at the eating the frozen pizza straight out the freezer stage luckily.
