My husband keeps trying to get me to agree to take in other waifs, we had 3 dogs at one point, but our Duncan is so possesive and dosent actually understand hes a dog that I don't think it would work out.
Alpha, its a hard quandry, with one so active and one lame, I'm sure your lame one dosent believe she is either and would really miss getting out with the other.
Do you ever watch the dog whisperer, he puts dogs on the treadmill!!
Maz, thats a lovely story about your retired pooch, its amazing what a bit of love and attention can do isn't it.
And Lisa, you will have to post a pic of your cat so you don't feel left out while we talk about doggies.
ooooh don't get me started on my cats!!! TBH, the dogs are Big G's the cats are more mine....
and we have ferrets,
and goldfish!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

How's everyone feeling diet wise today?
I'm pretty focused, had an early night last night which helped... amd feeling cold today and my ketostix have been darker than normal, so might be having some kinda wierd extra strong ketosis coldness or something.... i'm not the science-ey type TBH!
I have a great spreadsheet for weight loss too, if anyone wants a copy PM me your email address... i find it really motivational...!
:rotfl:i am not like that :rotfl: honest :rotfl:
You go Maz! i feel a bit like that today and also had an early night! I cant find my stix to test with but i am cold and my breath stinks so hopefully i am.
I am not very good with spreadsheets, Maz and Duncan do you keep yours on the computer or do you print them out and stick them up somewhere for you to see?If you dont know where you are going... Any road will take you there :rotfl:0 -

It's dead simple and does all manner of fancy calculations..... i do like stats.... but i'm not clever enough to work them out from raw data!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

A question, should I get some of these stix do you think?0

Lisa try the vanilla maybe? or i also used to like the butterscotch.
You dont need them but since you 'like to obsess' about things you may want to get someIf you dont know where you are going... Any road will take you there :rotfl:0 -

if you can afford it, it's worth getting them so you will know when you're in ketosis first time around...., they can provide good reassurance hun but don't use them all the time... you'll feel the changes and you'll get clarification from the peestix......
i tend to use them now if i've been naughty to see if i've knocked myself out of ketosis, by rights if you're good you'll never be out of it so shouldn't need checking really....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0
