no harm in trying to find another if there are more in your area..... i think i got numbers online....
try hereI'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
in other news from Land of Maz....... today i went to charity shop today as am decidedly low on clothes to wear....
i bought a black pencil skirt, size 14, too tight but fastens, so considering it a work in progress for when i grow out of this one i'm wearing....
a blouse for work, pink asda, size (wait for it....!) 22!! now how wierd is that! i tried it on and it fits nicely, but i wouldn't say it's too big by any means.. i may actually have to stitch the buttons shuts as boobage can cause button poppage at the mos inopportune times!
and a pair of Miss Selfridge jeans in a size 14L... and guess what they fit!! they fit!!! they fit!!! - whey hey hey!
not happy about the blouse size but very happy about the jeans and may wear them inside out for show!!
not that i am a 14 by any means, but it says so on the label! :T:T:TI'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Well Done Maz, ignore Asdas sizes they are really weird sometimes, I think they just have "big" and then sew all the different sizes in the same top.
Size 14 eh, that sounds great dosent it - of course we are all going to be size 12's soon, (I can't remember being a size 12 actually - I think the last time I remember wearing size 12 jeans was in 1989) sorry, got a little distracted there, thats great Maz wonderful motivation.
(Wallis is a good shop for bottoms in larger sizes too!)
Faye I should add that target to my list too. You sort of end up sitting all scrunched up, and round shouldered aswell which makes you look even worse.
They say the last bit is the hardest, can't advise anyone, havent made it that far - YET!!! but if you didn't lose last week there should be something to come off on Friday.
My wi is Friday too, you will have to let us know how you get on.0 -
Hi Paula, just remember the first week or so is the worst. Once you get through that it gets much easier.
Good Luck.0 -

Hi Donna
Ducolax worked best for me and then as soon as everything is back to normal get some phsyllium husks from a health shop and take daily.

Getting weighed this morning after my first week. Hope its a good loss. Finding this harder than the first time I did the Cambridge Diet, but I know from before that week 2 gets better. Don't want this muffin top belly so that's my motivation!Slimming World: SD: 2.05.16 SW: 13st10lb
Goal: 11st 10lb by my birthday in August
