Morning,
Well I feel lousy, what a difference a day makes!!
Felt wonderful yesterday morning and by last night started with a sore throat and sniffles and woke up this morning full of cold - just in time for the long weekend!!
Oh I could of killed for something tasty to eat last night - I do torture myself anyway, but last night watched taped episodes of Come Dine with Me and Great British Menu back to back. It dosent usually bother me, but last night I really wanted something.
Had to go to bed. Don't feel much better this morning and will have to work hard today to stay good.
Weigh in tomorrow am so that should help keep me on the straight and narrow at least for today.
Anyone got any nice plans for the weekend??
I hope the weather is going to be good and I am going to get in the garden and start clearing away the undergrowth.0 -
morning guys.... i was out for a run last night and when i got home i was ravenous!!! like totally starving.... still had a shake left to have so had a strawb tetra... didn't really help so went for a long shower (shaved legs etc to string it out a bit!)
the hunger just wouldn't leave me... i was this <.....> close to having a dairylea dunkers but i managed to resist and went to bed... gawd it was hard though!!
Fells good for having not caved in though... and proves to me that it can be done....
Would have been weigh in tonight but is moved to sunday now, so i hope i can stay focused and lose and extra something from the extra days this week....
For the weekend, my only thing on plan is to complete this 10k on sunday.... :eek:I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

First weigh in and lost 4.5 lb. Not bad considering I had a birthday celebration I had to go to which I had told CDC about, but didn't want to delay starting the diet a week. Had salad but couldn't resist a chunk of garlic bread. 100% from now on though.Slimming World: SD: 2.05.16 SW: 13st10lb
Goal: 11st 10lb by my birthday in August

Congratulations Goldfinch. Maz - i would be as high as a kite too if I ran 10k. You'd have a job making me run up the stairs lol, so 10k is a massive achievement. If dogs don't go to heaven, then I want to go where they go. :A0

OMG - Today of all days when I am feeling low, the whole office is treating itself to super special lunches before the holiday weekend.
WI tommorrow, it will be worth hanging on, but oh the agony.0
