  • Two voices arguing in my head this morning. One is saying "juicy burger and fat chips with loads of mayo" the other is saying "no, fat !!!!, nooooo". On a serious note, hope you are all doing well today. I am struggling but will not CAVE IN! Might have to try the chocolate tetras - are they nicer than the powder shake sachets?

    Hello,
I like all the shakes except strawberry and vanilla, but have bought one of the latter because someone told me that mixed with coffee they make a good latte.
My CDC will only give me cranberry or peanut bars, don't like the peanut, but the cranberry are yummy. ( Others are for later when I move up the steps.)
The tomato soup made me feel sick and to me tastes the same!!
Leek and potato is good and mushroom is really nice.
I do like the mousse mix and the tetra's are much nicer than the shakes but there's not so much of them!!
I'n on week 7 now and have got used to the flavours but I found when I started that I didn't like any of them - the mineral/vitamin/artificiality of them is too obvious - but, you get used to anything don't you, in the quest to feel better and slimmer!!
I drink Marigold bouillon and the water flavours are good too. ;)

The broccoli and cheese is absolutely ******* disgusting, I agree. How anyone could even think of drinking it is beyond me! The only shakes I like are vanilla, toffee and walnut and butterscotch. Soups - potato and leek, chicken and mushroom. That's it! As for bars, you should be allowed any of the bars rather than only two at the moment? I like the Malt Toffee bar. The peanut is repulsive and the cranberry tastes like birdseed. Why are we doing this again??!!

    Strawberry
And three Toffee bars cos they are yummy :)!

Ive tried the malt toffee, the caramel and the cranberry. i only like the cranberry but the others are more palatable than any of the shakes, which i thought were ok in the beginning.

The only soups i have is leek and potatoe and chic and mushroom. they are both pretty nice

Why are we doing this? We want to be thin :D I have such a long way to go though
