No problem - hope its nice - don't think i can cope with something else that i don't like. I am so fussy, i spend about 20 mins picking the red bits out of the veggie soup - supposed to eat the soup within 15 mins!!!!

i do that too!!!! when i have soup, which isn't often!! i spend 10 minutes skimming the scuzzy stuff off the top! lol!!!!

The only thing i never gag over is choc tetras and choc shakes, anything else is forced down..... or avoided!

I am exactly the same. I am staying away from the soups this week. Gonna have chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate all week.

well done on 4lbs welshy!!! excellent!!! how much altogether now? What are you planning on doing for exercise? I do a lot and i don't think it adds to my losses but it certainly helps with toning up and feeling better in general, plus it takes my mind off food!!

Donna - you're obviously really lucky and are pretty quick and painless to get into ketosis, it affects different people in different ways, don't knock it!!

Mrs T, nice to have you back! Let us know how you get on tonight......

Did the mixamousse last night, well it certainly worked!!! lol! it was like angel delight! only thing was that i used butterscotch thinking i would enjoy it more than i do as a shake, but ultimately, it doesn't alter the flavour one bit! so still a bit bleugh, in my opinion, although the actual mousse itself seemed to be perfect, it was just the flavour i wasn't so keen on..... will try again later with a chocolate one... one sachet and 175mls of water makes a pretty big bowlfull, even if i'd liked the flavour i'd have struggled to finish it in one sitting... which is mad, cause it wasn't unheard of for the old me to make up an Angel Delight and eat the lot!! supposedly serves 4!! lol!!

Thats 18lb in 3 weeks for me!!!! I'm not planning on going mad with the exercise. Will probably have a quick walk around the block every night. I've told OH to stop walking the dog now, so I have to do it myself. Might also try going on the exercise bike too whilst my soaps are on.

Maz - was your mousse lumpy? I don't think i mixed mine properly. It was nice, but the lumps put me off a bit.

no, mine was fine but i was using my hand blender thingy... they do say it's a hit or miss though...

i put the water into the big beaker thing first, then the shake, then the scoop of mix a mousse... then i whizzed it for a good minute... then i used a spatula to get it all into a bowl...

it's water soluble gelatin, so would be good for your hair and nails, eh?!

Have been reading avidly and would like to thank you all for motivating me to jump back on the CD.

Third time lucky with a bit of luck, on day 5 now, and starting to have cravings but still feeling positive.

    Thanks again Everyone.

Well, I have my shakes and start tomorrow! Have also been given the new porridge sachet to try. Has anyone had this yet? Apparently the carb content is almost the same as the shakes but it is filling. Can't wait for the evil taste in my mouth in a few days!
