    Hi

Well done to everyone, the weight losses are great!

Bit disappointed today, had my 3rd weigh in and have stayed the same:mad: . CDC reminded me of my fantastic loss so far and to focus on that, and the fact that I have maintained that loss. Still disappointed though..............
  • Well done ladies to all your weight loss, I to have had a bit of a problem with the loo so here is something to make you giggle, decided last night am feed up with needing to go and not being able to so bought some laxatives, read the instructions and it stated to take 1 or 2 tablet depending on the problem, so I decided to go for the 2 option, Well what can i say woke at 5am with severve stomach cramps, (thought I was in labour until i remembered i dont have the bits any more), at about 8.30am went for the first visit, not to bad, then OMG have not been able to leave the house all day, even screamed at the OH when he got in my way on route to the bathroom, good job we have a down stairs loo, ha ha

Hahahahaha :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Huggybear, that made me laugh!!

I hope you all don't mind me joining you. I was looking for some info on CD and came across you guys.

I haven't started CD yet but hope to by Monday. I did it before only for a couple of weeks. I lived in Ireland at the time and had to travel about 35-40 miles to buy the gear and the counsellor wasn't up to much either. She didn't keep all the range also, so I fell off the wagon :D

I did find it easier than a normal diet though. I don't know what it is, but as soon as I decide to go on a diet, all I can think about is food and I become obsessed with eating. My food intake seems to go up and I crave things I wouldn't normally look twice at!!

I think the CD is good because I don't have to think about food. I think I lost about a stone the last time I did it. Just trying to get in touch with a counsellor so I can start it.

My OH (well ex as we just split but he's not moved out yet) is working away for three weeks from Monday so I know it's a brilliant time to start as I tend to make the kids tea then make us something different (and a lot less healthy!) about 9pm as he doesn't like to eat before then and I don't want to cook three times a night so I wait and eat with him. If he isn't here then it will be easier ;)

At least you lost something Maz - 0.5lbs is better that +0.5lbs!!

I've had enough this week. Its really getting to me. I genuinly haven't cheated once on this diet, but I just want to eat now. its doing my head in. I think its worse because I will only have the choc tetra bricks and the veg soup, which is making it very boring for me. Think I might add a meal next week.
