Edit - is it just me, or did that make me sounds really big headed!!! i'm not bigging myself up or owt!

I will look you up Maz - No you didn't sound big headed at all lol.

I'm weighing in tonight, so will let you all know how it goes. I don't feel like i have lost anything and i havent cheated at all. I will be so annoyed if I haven't lost anything

    morning fellow CD-ers!

not much to report, glad to be back to work? No, nor me!!! although i find less nibbly temptation when at work in the structure of the working day... i have been nibbling over the weekend, so have my usual mon/tue/wed/thu rush to try and lose something!! i need to get out of that mindset......

  • Hi everyone

I have started the diet today after trying really hard not to binge the entire weekend on all my favourite food :-) i had the porridge this morning which surprisingly i enjoyed. I also got my husband to take some photos of me in my underwear last night so i can see the progress and i was shocked at what i saw, think i must have had a blanket over my eyes all these years :-( i have 4 stone and 7 pounds to lose to get to my target so a long road still ahead. Does anyone know how hard it will be to maintain the weight once you start eating normal food again?

Maz - How do I search on minimins? I can't find where to put anything in to search!

Edit - Ignore me - i have found it (it was staring me in the face all the time) lol.

Hi shortcake, i think it is hard as you can never fully go back to your old eating habits and will always be on some degree of restriction.... but you add a little more every couple of weeks once on maintainence and should continue to lose.... then at one point the weight shifts up again, and you step back down a stage and that is your sort of maintainence type point at which you can eat and not gain more weight.... but if you're active that could easily be a good 1500-2000 cals a day... which after CD would be heaven to me!

    Hiya everyone.

I haven't been on here for a few days. I came off Cambridge briefly. I had lots of problems last week with toilet stuff and decided to have a break plus my CDC was in hospital. I am back on it as of today, and have also done 40 mins cardio at the gym to try and kick start it well.

    Hope you're all doing well
